A childhood altar call that shaped a lifetime

Kathie Lee Gifford gave her life to Jesus at age 12, after watching one of the first films produced by the Billy Graham organization, which closed with an invitation for viewers to receive Christ. She has called it simply the best decision of her entire life, and has carried that conviction through decades in television, including her long-running morning show career. In more recent years she has turned to filmmaking as another way of living out that calling, saying she feels called to help share faith with people the church itself has often failed to reach.
