When God Feels Silent

There are moments when we pray and wonder why God seems silent. We ask for answers, direction, or a change in our circumstances, but nothing seems to happen. In those moments, it can be easy to think that God has forgotten us. But silence does not mean absence. Even when you cannot see what God is doing, He is still present. Sometimes faith means continuing to trust Him when you don't yet have the answer. “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 You don't have to understand everything today. Bring your worries to God, be still before Him, and remember that His presence is not measured by how clearly you can feel it. Prayer: Lord, when I cannot understand what You are doing, help me remain faithful. When I feel uncertain, remind me that You are near. Give me patience to wait, courage to trust, and peace to place everything in Your hands. Amen. Today's thought: God's silence is not the end of the conversation. Sometimes faith is simply learning to trust while you wait.
